This policy provides cover against screen repair or LCD replacement to iPhone, Android, iPad, Tablet, MacBook, Windows Laptop, iMac, Desktop, Apple Watch, and Smart Watch that are accidentally damaged.
This one (1) year cover is made available to all eligible customers of Secondlifeasia for their own personal use or anyone who owned a digital device/devices and would like to have the protection cover.
There is no processing fee upon claim submission.
There is a cooling period of 21 days.
The yearly premium is RM169.00 for Small Screen such as iPhone, Androids, and smartphones or RM229 for Mid Screen such as MacBook, iPad, Windows, Laptop, and Tablet. This offer is valid until further notice from the management.
iPhone, Android, iPad, Tablet, MacBook, Windows Laptop, iMac, Desktop, Apple Watch, and Smart Watch are eligible for this protection plan.
Kindly note that the models which qualify for this are limited to the following restrictions: latest model N+3.

Duty of disclosure:
You also have a duty to inform us of any change in the information provided earlier before we issue the certificate to you. If you don’t, your certificate may be cancelled, or treated as if it never existed, or your claim may be rejected or not fully paid.
Claims:
All claims must be made in writing and submitted to us within 30 calendar days from the date your product is accidentally damaged. All supporting documents proving the loss must also be submitted to us within 30 calendar days from the date your product is accidentally damaged. If this is not reasonably possible, proof of loss must be furnished as soon as possible and in any event, no later than 3 months from the date your product is accidentally damaged.
Limits of Liability:
You are only entitled to one claim per device throughout the duration that this policy is in force. Once a claim is made and fulfilled, the coverage for your product under this policy will be automatically terminated without any action by any party and you will no longer have any right to claim for your product under this policy. We will at our sole discretion pay for the cost to repair or replace your product, up to an amount not exceeding the price paid for your product.
In cases where we approve a replacement of any product covered under this policy, the replacement maybe a different model; not include the identical features and functions as the damaged product; or be another of like kind, quality and specifications.
Transfer:
This cover is issued to the person named in the certificate. Any change to this name requires a written notice to us requesting for this change and our approval and there would be a fee of RM30 for the administration of the transfer.
All claims shall be made at Secondlifeasia or its merchants’ website for Smart Guard or via the claim link that is attached together with the Digital Policy.

Yes. In order to perform the claim and repair process, you will need to remove the following:
1. Apple ID
2. Find My iPhone
3. Phone passcode (6 or 4 digit password)
Preparation for Service
1. Device that can be turned on and the touch is responsive.
a) Go to Settings and search for iCloud.
b) Scroll down and click on the “Sign Out” button.
c) Fill in the Apple ID Password and proceed to turn off.
2. Device that cannot be turned on and the touch is unresponsive.
a) Search for icloud.com/find on any browser.
b) Sign in Apple ID and fill in the password.
c) Click “All Devices” and select the device sent for service. Then, simply click “Remove from Account”.
Please make sure that you have removed these personal information before handing in your device(s) to the authorised personnel. If you are unable to remove these personal information, authorised service partner personnel will contact you.
You may cancel your certificate by returning the original certificate to Second Life Asia Sdn Bhd. The date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of the cancelledcertificate.
We can cancel this certificate by giving you 30 days’ prior written notice. Your cover will continue for the duration which premium has been received and will terminate upon expiry of such period.
No refund will be payable upon cancellation of certificate.
