What’s the difference between these device protection plan from others?

The device protection plans offered by the Authorised Resellers and Retain IT Chain stores are only applicable for brand new devices purchased from them directly. Once you have left the premise, you will not be able to purchase the device protection. Meanwhile, Smart Guard is designed and customised to included pre-loved devices in addition to brand new devices. In fact the number of devices covered are more than 2000+ variants within the models mentioned above.

On top of this, some of the device protection plans offered does not cover accidental damaged or self-inflected damaged thus their coverage is quite limited. Customers are advised to read the Terms and Conditions stated for full details of their coverage. Quite often, you will find hidden costs or excess fees during repair when you read their Terms and Conditions. Thus Guard Genius ensures there is peace of mind during their claims and no such bill shocks during repairs.

To provide the best of service to their customers, Guard Genius have partnered with Secondlifeasia and Secondlifeasia Express to provide the repair service nationwide for the repair claims from Smart Guard. Customers will be happy to know that only genuine parts are used for the replacement thus ensuring quality is adhere to. Secondlifeasia and Secondlifeasia Express are Authorised Independent Repair Providers for Apple and Android devices, thus their technicians are well trained and have access to diagnostic tools to ensure the repairs are done safely and reliably.

Guard Genius have also designed the customer journey which takes less than 3 minutes to check whether the device qualify, complete the application and make payment. The policy will be emailed directly to the customer.
